After decades of representing seniors in these cases, he established another law firm, HELPS (Help Eliminate Legal Problems for Seniors and Disabled). HELPS is the only nonprofit law firm focused on protection from creditor harassment, and it represents seniors nationwide. The firm also strives to educate seniors on how they can maintain their financial independence.
